Further development of the Operations strategy, focusing on supply security, efficiency, costs, and working capital
Management of strategic procurement, including key supplier negotiations and partnerships
Ensuring stable, scalable, and regulatory-compliant processes
Further development of relevant KPI and performance management systems
Leading and developing the Operations organization
Strengthening collaboration across departments and interfaces
Close collaboration with the CEO on developing structures, performance, and operational priorities
Holistic development of the Operations organization and contribution to supply security, growth, and quality of earnings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in a responsible Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain role, along with a genuine end-to-end understanding
Experience in a regulated environment, such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, healthcare, or food
Proven ability to manage high procurement volumes, complex supplier structures, and demanding negotiations
Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and managing costs and working capital
Strong numerical acumen and a good understanding of KPIs and operational interdependencies
Several years of leadership experience, including leading and developing managers and organizations
Clear, empathetic, and entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness and ability to provide direction, delegate responsibility, and inspire people to work toward shared goals
