About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate new sales opportunities
- Identifying decision-makers and influencers internationally to build a high-quality pipeline
- Understanding prospects’ challenges and qualifying their needs through thoughtful questioning
- Taking leads through the early stages of the sales process, building rapport and interest
- Collaborating to improve and refine our lead generation strategies and outreach playbook
- Managing LinkedIn and email campaigns, while contributing to the growth of our social channels
- Handling key admin tasks such as sending meeting invites and following up with leads
- Contributing to monthly performance reporting and analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- A passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- A curious mindset and creative approach to solving problems
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is an advantage
