About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the annual events calendar across formats and funnel stages
  • Develop a framework for how different event types serve different commercial goals
  • Work toward a fully integrated model
  • Build scalable processes and operating rhythms
  • Track and report on events as a revenue channel
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Xelix Connect, our flagship annual conference
  • Manage our presence at third-party conferences and our hosted field programme
  • Develop a virtual events series that scales our reach
  • Work closely with SDRs, AEs, and Account Managers to drive the right attendance
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with venues, production companies, and suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience running a high-volume, multi-format B2B events programme at this scale
  • Strategic thinking about how events fit into a wider marketing mix
  • A mindset for operational efficiency
  • Strong commercial instincts
  • Experience working directly with sales teams on attendance, pre- and post-event follow-through, and lead conversion
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM for event marketing
