About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of design tasks from discovery to delivery, including wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with engineers to refine implementation and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to planning and running user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
- Translate findings into actionable insights and iterate on designs based on evidence
- Partner with product managers to understand requirements, priorities, and constraints
- Apply and extend our design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable product experience
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered, high-quality product work
- Experience working on cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery
- Exposure to planning or participating in research and usability testing
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems
- Awareness of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how designs translate into code
