About the role
- Configure and customize Kronos Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions (timekeeping, scheduling, accruals)
- Configure UKG Pro WFM pay policies and timekeeping rules
- Integrate UKG/Kronos with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Workday)
- Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces
- Support system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting
- Configure InTouch DX time clocks and access profiles
- Build custom reports and dashboards using Kronos tools and SQL
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions
- Strong expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration (timekeeping, accruals, pay policies)
- Solid knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and system integrations
- Proficiency in SQL, Kronos APIs, and reporting tools
- Good understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Strong knowledge of labor law compliance, overtime, and union rules
- Experience configuring pay rules, rounding, scheduling policies, and persona-based access
- Familiarity with operational environments (e.g. distribution centers, shift-based work)
- Project management experience and strong stakeholder communication skills (nice to have)
