About the role
- Dividing your working time into project work, consulting, and support of the pre-sales department
- Participating in various customer projects and leading migrations and modernizations of legacy software
- Preparing high-level documentation, including diagrams and ADRs
- Designing and making critical decisions regarding the solution architecture
- Leading regular discussions with customers
- Investigating new potential solutions and leading PoC projects
Requirements
- Software Development Expert with at least 12 years of commercial experience in the industry
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understand the application development process and DevOps culture
- Architect software components, integrations, infrastructures, high-level visions, and migrations for at least 5 years
- Experienced in working with external clients on a C-level
- Good understanding of architecture patterns (e.g., monolithic, microservices)
- Experienced in conducting online/offline workshops
- Knowledge of industry-standard methods of workshopping exercises
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Open to exploring and experimenting with cutting-edge GenAI tools in software development
- Fluent in English (at least at a C1 level)
- Knowledge of Polish is a plus.
- Work from the European Union region and work permit are required.
- Must have an active VAT status in the EU VIES registry.
