About the role

  • Configure and customize Kronos Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions (timekeeping, scheduling, accruals).
  • Configure UKG Pro WFM pay policies and timekeeping rules.
  • Integrate UKG/Kronos with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Workday).
  • Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure InTouch DX time clocks and access profiles.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards using Kronos tools and SQL.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
  • Strong expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration (timekeeping, accruals, pay policies).
  • Solid knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Kronos APIs, and reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of HR and payroll processes.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law compliance, overtime, and union rules.
  • Experience configuring pay rules, rounding, scheduling policies, and persona-based access.
  • Familiarity with operational environments (e.g. distribution centers, shift-based work).
