About the role

  • Focuses on the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of UKG Kronos workforce management solutions
  • Work with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions, covering timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals
  • Ensure seamless integration with HR and payroll systems and stable system operations
  • Configure and customize Kronos Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions (timekeeping, scheduling, accruals)
  • Configure UKG Pro WFM pay policies and timekeeping rules
  • Integrate UKG/Kronos with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Workday)
  • Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting
  • Configure InTouch DX time clocks and access profiles
  • Build custom reports and dashboards using Kronos tools and SQL
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions
  • Strong expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration (timekeeping, accruals, pay policies)
  • Solid knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and system integrations
  • Proficiency in SQL, Kronos APIs, and reporting tools
  • Good understanding of HR and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of labor law compliance, overtime, and union rules
  • Experience configuring pay rules, rounding, scheduling policies, and persona-based access
  • Familiarity with operational environments (e.g. distribution centers, shift-based work)
