About the role
- Dividing working time into project work, consulting, and customer project participation
- Designing new green-field projects and leading migrations and modernizations
- Actively participating in the SDLC process
- Preparing high-level documentation and solution architecture designs
- Estimating high-level cost and time to deliver projects
- Leading discussions with customers for project planning
Requirements
- Software Development Expert with at least 12 years of commercial experience in the industry
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of the application development process and DevOps culture
- Architect software components, integrations, infrastructures, high-level visions, and migrations for at least 5 years
- Experience in working with external clients
- Good understanding of architecture patterns
- Propose and implement project delivery strategies
- Experienced in conducting workshops
- Expert in ideas visualisation using tools like Miro, draw.io, Lucid Charts
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Open to exploring cutting-edge GenAI tools in software development
- Must be fluent in English (at least C1 level)
- Knowledge of Polish is a plus
- Work from the EU region and an active VAT status is required.
