Translate client goals into actionable plans with clarity, speed, and a deep understanding of modern digital marketing
Monitor scope, budget, timelines, and interdependencies—always with an eye on outcomes
Prepare and provide accurate status to internal teams and clients, including updates on delivery of campaigns, and identifying/communicating/resolving issues in a timely manner
Effectively guide, coach, and mentor peer digital producers to grow their skills and meet project objectives
Drive and track interdependencies across digital platforms, work streams, communicate status and assist with maintaining team metrics
Facilitate negotiations between stakeholders around scope and priority
Jump in where needed across tasks—from resourcing and QA to documentation and optimization
Be a self-starter; resourceful and resilient in a fast-paced environment
3–5 years of experience in digital production or project management within an agency or fast-paced environment
Strong cross-functional understanding of digital marketing, web development/design, SEO, paid media, and analytics
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and web projects with high visibility and measurable results
Demonstrated ability to lead delivery while contributing directly to execution when needed
Experience working with multiple clients and stakeholder groups
Strong grasp of PM tools and techniques (we use Asana)
