About the role

  • Conduct mentoring sessions for participants of guided e‑learning programs on the fundamentals, application and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
  • Support participants throughout the duration of each course.
  • Regularly assess learning progress and communicate relevant information to the client.
  • Provide feedback, revise practical exercises and correct submitted assignments—either during mentoring sessions or via written communication.
  • Answer technical questions about the fundamentals of modern AI systems, historical developments and relevant key concepts.
  • Help participants understand data-related fundamentals and their significance for AI applications.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, information science or engineering).
  • Experience using AI technologies and supporting tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, DALL·E and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven experience as a mentor, trainer or instructor in relevant subject areas.
  • Basic knowledge of core areas of artificial intelligence, prompting and automation, along with sensitivity to legal and ethical issues.
  • Practical experience in AI projects and in transferring AI solutions to everyday work contexts.
  • Proficient in German and English to support and guide learners in both languages.
  • Ability to structure and communicate complex content clearly and comprehensibly.
