About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review completed background interview documentation for inconsistencies, errors, omissions, and minimum requirements
- Conduct background investigations by interviewing employers, co-workers, neighbors, law enforcement officials, military personnel, family members, and personal references
- Prepare detailed and complete interview statements for each person being interviewed
- Prepare documentation for results of investigation package, organizing material in accordance with established procedures
- Prepare detailed summary of adverse information based upon objective analysis and evaluation of candidate’s background
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Top-Secret clearance
- Completion of NTS Background Investigator course
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to conduct interviews virtually at home
- Located near Northern Virginia, Atlanta, Seattle, Salt Lake City
