Human Resources Administrator
Xcelerate SolutionsHR Administrator supporting employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel actions at Xcelerate Solutions. Managing HRIS data and generating HR reports to ensure compliance and organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel actions
- Deliver a seamless new hire onboarding experience from documentation to system setup to Day 1 readiness
- Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, pay updates, terminations) with speed and accuracy
- Create, maintain, and audit employee files and records to ensure compliance and organization
- Manage and maintain data in our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Generate and analyze HR reports (Excel skills will get a workout here)
- Partner across the HR team to support benefits, compliance, and HR operations
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries with a high level of service, professionalism, and discretion
- Support key initiatives and projects as we continue to scale and grow
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of Human Resources experience (HR Administrator, Coordinator, or similar role)
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and personnel action processing
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of confidentiality, judgment, and professionalism
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
