About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help manage Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure Rebate Programs and other Commercial EV programs
Provide leadership and coordination for customer engagement, project management, vendor coordination, rebate administration, regulatory reporting, stakeholder support, and continuous program improvement
Launch and administer new transportation electrification initiatives
Maintain a high level of customer service and support growth of the Commercial Transportation portfolio
Support all aspects of the product life cycle to meet or exceed P&L or DSM goals across C&I or Mass segments
Manage the portfolio’s marketing mix, communications, training, and support needs throughout the organization
Drive product delivery effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Provide input for product market plans and ensure portfolio strategies meet customer needs
Implement pricing, sales channels, launch activities, acquisition and retention, life-cycle management, and customer migration paths
Manage day-to-day product portfolio issues to meet cross-segment goals
Develop budgets, sales forecasts, DSM goals, and profitability goals
Maintain accountability for product P&L
Evaluate the product portfolio and implement measures to maintain competitiveness
Ensure excellent product implementation and accurate, timely status communications
Lead and participate on teams to develop marketing strategies, understand product needs, and reinforce cooperation
