About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and maintain company training programs
- Act as a liaison among students, managers, technical instructors, and oversight committees
- Respond to program requests from outside agencies
- Manage training programs end to end, from scheduling through record keeping
- Coordinate annual customer-program scheduling with instructors and the business
- Use training organization, customer, and learning software systems to track curricula progress and key metrics
- Organize materials, assign content, track course needs, and improve program-management processes
- Maintain student records throughout multiyear training programs supporting career development and internal mobility
- Conduct regulatory-compliance audits
- Provide reporting to students, instructors, internal oversight committees, and external regulatory agencies
- Manage curriculum and training content, including accuracy, updates, review cycles, storage, naming conventions, and ISD framework
- Coordinate instructor-led training logistics, including instructors, rooms, agendas, food and beverage, AV, materials, transportation, building access, and parking
- Provide students with a positive training experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five years' experience in administrative support services
- Previous experience in the utility industry is preferred
- Knowledge of apprenticeship program operations and policies is preferred
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Previous experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ability to work with cross functional teams in a matrixed org
- Strong focus on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated project management experience preferred
