About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, maintain, and improve a centralized Knowledge Base for enterprise knowledge management
- Build strategic partnerships with business units to gather department-related data and information
- Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver communication tools and products
- Translate technical information and data into understandable, persuasive formats that support employee decision-making
- Determine user-friendly methods for storing and displaying information
- Develop communication and training content for business areas
- Produce job aids, work instructions, training courses, slide decks, communication bulletins, and shareable or streamable videos with subject matter experts
- Integrate data and information into key messages for Knowledge Base incorporation
- Develop videos, graphics, and charts to communicate data and processes
- Develop and organize a user-friendly employee information retrieval system
- Manage content, information indexing, system workflow, and rules for information presentation
- Partner with Business Systems to implement requirements in a user-friendly format
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Communication or equivalent education and experience
- Three years of related experience
- One year of training experience preferred
- Strong organization, analytical, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Microsoft Office, database, and content publishing skills
- Requires up to 25% travel
