Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver projects, solutions and objectives to meet goals

  • Lead customer offerings for geographically targeted programs reducing natural gas and/or electricity use and helping avoid costly system upgrades

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree, preferably in business, marketing or a related field
  • Seven years of experience in marketing product management and/or business analytics
  • Three years' experience in a regulated utility
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing needs with finesse
  • Proven results
  • Management/supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading teams to deliver customer programs preferred
  • Understanding of utility regulatory requirements and frameworks preferred
  • Strong analytical acumen and familiarity with utility potential studies and cost-benefit analyses preferred
  • Comfort in high-pressure settings, including contested stakeholder meetings, executive presentations and acting as a witness in regulatory proceedings preferred
  • Collaborative approach to creative problem solving and managing third-party relationships preferred
