About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the corporation's EV product program strategy to meet market segments' needs and program operations and financial goals.
  • Oversee and ensure all portfolio strategies meet corporate and customer needs and lead cross-functional teams to achieve program deliverables.
  • Develop program filings and supporting materials in support of gaining regulatory approval for EV programs.
  • Coordinate closely with Policy, Regulatory, Strategy and Product Delivery teams within the Company.
  • Implement all aspects of product and program's overall operational goals to include: overall Program Management oversight/coordination, sourcing activities and ownership, launch activities, customer experience, program life-cycle management, and developing tools and metrics to measure customer satisfaction.
  • Champion and deliver continuous improvement opportunities using operations and customer satisfaction data.
  • Manage all aspects of daily product and program issues across segments.
  • Lead initiatives across departments and with external vendors to achieve goals.
  • Develop program financial budgets.
  • Track the progress of each program against targets with accountability to program financials.
  • Responsible for ensuring programs are being implemented within regulatory policies and requirements (specific for each state).
  • Drive and champion recommendations to Product Development and Technology Services of new technologies available and new features that need to be built to successfully deliver programs.
  • Understand customers using internal and external data to determine customer needs, need gaps and preferences.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand market issues, industry developments, competitors, market segment development/evolution, pricing strategies, value proposition, etc. and make recommendations on strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, strategy, marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, product management, product development, or electric transportation is required
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience participating on and/or leading cross-functional team activities and partnering across internal and external teams to move work forward and deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience creating/building dashboards/presentations and use of project management tools (i.e., Jira, etc)
