About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of the Management Requirements and 4 Plays
  • Utilize PDCA/A3 to drive continuous improvement based on business area goals
  • Provide process expertise and input on issues through continuous improvement toolset
  • Act as a key liaison between the business area leadership and One Way office
  • Communicate and report on the status of continuous improvement events
  • Establish effective, collaborative working relationships with CETS business partners and senior leadership
  • Support Senior Engagement Managers in execution of cross-functional continuous improvement projects
  • Support process level metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5 years related business experience for Associate Engagement Manager, 8 years for Engagement Manager, and 10 years for Senior Engagement Manager
  • Experience in change management and/or program/project management
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate to a variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical skills for ambiguous/complex business scenarios
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and work within a diverse, cross-functional team environment
  • Understanding of core business processes/industry trends
