About the role
- Manage all aspects of product life cycle to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Manage all aspects of the portfolio's marketing mix, communications, training, and support needs.
- Drive effectiveness of product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Track and report on KPIs and facilitate development and delivery of content of monthly operating reviews (MORs).
Requirements
- College degree required; MBA preferred.
- Four years of experience in marketing, product management or product development.
- Team and peer leadership with excellent communications skills and proven results.
- For DSM portfolio management, two years' experience with regulatory requirements and conservation programs is mandatory.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Engineering degree or experience marketing technical products to residential customers preferred.
- Five years of experience or more working in a regulated environment.
- Experience working in the energy industry and a proven understanding of basic thermodynamic principles preferred.
- Five years of marketing or product management in a field that provides a complex product or service to customers.
- Proven history of being able to deliver complex messaging to customers and stakeholders in a vernacular that they can understand and put into practice.
- Experience designing or driving marketing campaigns that leverage segmentation and regularly incorporate performance metrics to report and validate results.
