About the role
- Work directly with senior management to develop regulatory case filings and strategies
- Consult with subject matter experts to develop filings and strategies consistent with company goals
- Communicate and work effectively with regulatory case management teams
- Prepare supporting testimony in regulatory proceedings and legislative hearings
- Coordinate regulatory compliance activities in assigned jurisdictions
- Develop, compile and edit regulatory case filings
- Provide clear written explanations of complex issues
- Ensure documents conform to style, tone and formatting conventions
- Advocate the company's positions with regulators and stakeholders
- Support multiple projects while delivering high quality work product
- Communicate regularly with senior management and internal customers
- Assist with the drafting of discovery responses
Requirements
- BA/BS
- Five to seven years or equivalent experience in regulatory field
- Specific experience in dealing with regulatory filings required
- Must be proficient in use MS Office Suite
