About the role

  • Building and maintaining the core data infrastructure that powers analytics across the company.
  • Designing pipelines and data models that pull from product systems, observability tooling, and external sources into a reliable, scalable data platform.
  • Working closely with SRE, product, and engineering teams to ensure data is correctly captured, structured, and aligned across services.
  • Maintaining observability stacks to support debugging and system reliability.
  • Defining and enforcing data quality standards.
  • Supporting KPI development and ensuring all pipelines and data flows meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • SQL RDMSs such as PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with large-scale analytics engines such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
  • Experience with observability solutions such as Datadog or NewRelic.
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Experience with public cloud deployment, including Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of GDPR and similar regulations worldwide.
  • Bonus If You Have: Experience with the Microsoft Fabric platform.
  • Bonus If You Have: Understanding of data pipeline design, workflow orchestration, and tools such as Apache Airflow or Dagster.
