About the role

  • Own and scale XBOW’s global field and partner marketing strategy, aligned to regional GTM priorities across AMER, EMEA, and APJ
  • Act as a player/coach, directly executing programs while building the team, processes, and infrastructure to support global scale
  • Own territory-level field marketing execution in priority regions, partnering closely with Regional Sales Leaders to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Design and deliver regional field programs including events (virtual and in-person), executive engagements, ABM programs, roadshows, and sales plays
  • Build and operationalize partner marketing programs with MSSPs, GSIs, cloud partners, and channel partners to drive joint pipeline and co-selling success
  • Partner deeply with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Demand Gen to align campaigns to targets, coverage models, and deal stages
  • Develop regional messaging frameworks that localize global narratives while maintaining consistency and brand integrity
  • Enable partners with the right messaging, campaigns, sales plays, and assets to represent XBOW effectively in-market
  • Define and track field and partner marketing performance metrics including pipeline creation, sourced/influenced revenue, partner contribution, and ROI
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across regions and proactively adapt programs to meet local market needs
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing global field and partner marketing team as the business scales

Requirements

  • Significant experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or regional GTM roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience operating as a player/coach, balancing hands-on execution with leadership and team building
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and mid-market sales motions, including direct sales and partner-led GTM
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region go-to-market teams, with sensitivity to regional nuances and scale challenges
  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales leadership and influence without authority
  • Strong program management skills with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure in fast-growing environments
  • Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, offensive security, AppSec, or infrastructure platforms
  • Bonus: Background working with MSSPs, GSIs, cloud marketplaces, or channel ecosystems
  • Bonus: Experience in marketing to public sector audiences
  • Bonus: Experience supporting ABM, executive programs, and complex enterprise deal cycles
  • Bonus: Familiarity with international field marketing considerations (regional compliance, localization, partner ecosystems)
