About the role
- Execute XBOW’s localization strategy across web, documentation, campaigns, and communications
- Define localization priorities and sequencing by market impact, customer needs, and business objectives
- Help establish foundational localization systems including style guides and translation memory practices
- Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to localize brand narratives and product launches
- Evaluate and implement localization tooling and build efficient review workflows
- Define and track localization performance metrics and build feedback loops for quality improvement
Requirements
- Experience with i18n engineering best practices and product localization workflows (string management, release pipelines)
- Familiarity with security terminology and working with technical subject-matter experts
- Experience supporting global expansion and multi-region GTM programs
