About the role

  • Own and execute XBOW’s regional marketing strategy across APJ, with a focus on Singapore, Australia/New Zealand, Korea, and Japan
  • Build and scale integrated regional programs, including campaigns, field events, executive briefings, webinars, and community initiatives
  • Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline generation, account-based initiatives, and key regional deals
  • Localize global messaging, positioning, and campaigns to ensure strong cultural and market relevance across APJ
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate XBOW’s technical capabilities into compelling regional narratives and use cases
  • Work with Partners and Alliances to design and execute joint marketing programs in-region
  • Own regional event strategy, including third-party conferences, owned events, and executive roundtables
  • Coordinate with Content and Communications teams to support regional content needs, PR moments, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Define and track success metrics for APJ marketing, including pipeline impact, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Act as the voice of the region internally, sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence

Requirements

  • Strong experience in regional, field, or demand generation marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record building and scaling marketing programs across multiple countries or markets
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and GTM teams to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent project management skills—you can run multiple programs end-to-end with high ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and cultures
  • Comfort operating in a fast-growing, high-ambiguity startup environment
  • Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority
  • Fluency in Japanese and/or Korean (Bonus)
  • Experience marketing highly technical products (security, developer tools, infrastructure, or AI platforms) (Bonus)
  • Familiarity with APJ security markets and buying motions, particularly in Singapore, ANZ, Korea, or Japan (Bonus)
  • Experience running partner or ecosystem marketing programs (Bonus)
  • Prior work in a global marketing org with centralized strategy and regional execution (Bonus)
  • Exposure to category-creation or early-stage GTM motions (Bonus)
