About the role
- Process end-to-end payroll across multiple countries using Remote and Rippling
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Manage payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and benefits deductions
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and local authorities as needed
- Reconcile payroll reports, general ledger entries, and payroll-related accruals
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Calculate, validate, and process commission payments accurately and on schedule
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to review commission plans, rules, and payouts
- Audit commission calculations and resolve disputes or discrepancies
- Ensure commission data flows accurately into payroll systems
- Maintain payroll and commission documentation, controls, and audit trails
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and commissions
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc payroll and commission reports for Finance and leadership
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll and commission workflows
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in global payroll, commission processing, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Remote, Rippling, and Spiff
- Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll compliance and statutory requirements
- Experience reconciling payroll and commission data with accounting systems
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines across time zones
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a remote environment
