About the role

  • Own pipeline generation for the DACH region, aligned to EMEA revenue goals
  • Plan and execute regional events across DACH, including:
  • XBOW-hosted events (dinners, roundtables, executive briefings)
  • Sponsored conferences and third-party events
  • Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with Sales, focused on priority DACH accounts
  • Develop and execute channel and partner marketing initiatives with regional partners and resellers to drive pipeline growth
  • Partner closely with Sales on regional planning, account targeting and program follow through
  • Localize messaging and campaigns to resonate with the DACH market, in collaboration with Global Campaigns, Brand and Product Marketing
  • Manage regional campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Track performance and report on pipeline created, pipeline influenced, and ROI
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize regional programs based on regional performance and feedback

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field, regional, or demand generation marketing
  • Proven experience building and influencing pipeline in the DACH market
  • Hands-on experience with events, ABM, and channel/partner marketing
  • Strong cross-functional partner, especially with Sales and regional stakeholders
  • Comfortable owning goals, metrics, and reporting
  • Strong technical aptitude to represent XBOW and describe its products and services
  • Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
