About the role
- Own pipeline generation for the DACH region, aligned to EMEA revenue goals
- Plan and execute regional events across DACH, including:
- XBOW-hosted events (dinners, roundtables, executive briefings)
- Sponsored conferences and third-party events
- Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with Sales, focused on priority DACH accounts
- Develop and execute channel and partner marketing initiatives with regional partners and resellers to drive pipeline growth
- Partner closely with Sales on regional planning, account targeting and program follow through
- Localize messaging and campaigns to resonate with the DACH market, in collaboration with Global Campaigns, Brand and Product Marketing
- Manage regional campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement
- Track performance and report on pipeline created, pipeline influenced, and ROI
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize regional programs based on regional performance and feedback
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field, regional, or demand generation marketing
- Proven experience building and influencing pipeline in the DACH market
- Hands-on experience with events, ABM, and channel/partner marketing
- Strong cross-functional partner, especially with Sales and regional stakeholders
- Comfortable owning goals, metrics, and reporting
- Strong technical aptitude to represent XBOW and describe its products and services
- Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
