About the role

  • Play a key role in ensuring product quality and reliability through comprehensive manual and automated testing
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and UI designers to define and implement test strategies, perform end-to-end testing, and develop test automation
  • Take ownership of the testing process, ensuring a seamless user experience by improving test coverage, streamlining release cycles, and optimizing deployment workflows
  • Design and execute end-to-end tests and take responsibility for their implementation
  • Utilize and expand test automation tooling to increase coverage and accelerate the release process
  • Reproduce and investigate complex issues reported by users
  • Support the setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Focus on expanding test automation tools, frameworks, and utilities
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to find optimal solutions

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of software architecture and development patterns
  • Experience in test automation, identifying high-value areas for automation and implementing solutions with Playwright, pytest, or similar frameworks
  • Ability to write code in at least one language, preferably TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
  • Strong attention to detail, a hands-on mindset, and curiosity about new challenges
  • Proficiency in defining test strategy, QA process ownership, and integration testing, ensuring high test coverage and structured workflows
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira or similar
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
  • Previous experience with observability and performance metrics is a plus
  • Work permit: Valid EU work authorization
  • Residence: Based in the EU
  • Language: Fluent English.
