• Assist with office management: organizing purchases, welcoming guests, planning and executing events, small gestures such as birthdays
• Support with administrative and accounting tasks in the HR and office areas
• Help shape a positive candidate experience and a vibrant office culture

Working Student – Recruiting & Office Management

• Übersetzung juristischer Anforderungen in KI-kompatible Prompts, Templates und Workflows
• Juristische Recherche und Analyse neuer Rechtsgebiete sowie Entwicklung von Use Cases und Proof-of-Concepts
• Erstellung und Umsetzung von Anforderungskatalogen zur strukturierten Dokumentenintegration
• Entwicklung juristischer Benchmarks, Aufbau von Testsets und Validierung von KI-Ergebnissen
• Durchführung und Begleitung von QA-Prozessen zur Sicherstellung fachlicher Qualität
• Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Tech und AI bei der Entwicklung neuer Legal-AI-Funktionen
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops (z. B. Prompting, Legal AI Best Practices) für interne Teams und ggf. Mandanten
