About the role
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
- Perform reconciliations of financial data and accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial data and reports for regulatory submissions.
- Support the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements.
- Participate in various ad-hoc finance projects and initiatives.
- Work closely with other finance sub-teams and departments.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in financial services, fintech, and/or cryptocurrency.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
