• Own the end-to-end success of our new institutional product offering
• Define, champion, and execute a compelling product vision and strategy for Xapo Bank’s institutional offerings.
• Own the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and operational teams to define and optimise a world-class institutional user experience.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and stay abreast of the institutional digital asset landscape.
• Serve as the central leader and decision-maker for all product-related initiatives.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies, business models, and financial forecasts.
• Establish clear processes and quality gates with internal teams.
• Define, monitor, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Invest in team development with a dedicated budget for external training and industry certifications.
