About the role

  • You support our clients in implementing Atlassian tools, designing Confluence intranets, and developing Jira workflows.
  • You can support our clients in various areas such as agile collaboration, ITSM, service management, etc., depending on your strengths.
  • You advise our clients on selecting and integrating suitable Atlassian products into their existing infrastructures.
  • You analyze clients' requirements and business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Atlassian tools.
  • You develop collaborative intranets based on Confluence.
  • You design Jira workflows to digitize business processes.
  • You lead projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend the functionality of Atlassian tools through apps and macros.

Requirements

  • You hold a university degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a related field and have relevant professional training.
  • You have extensive hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
  • You have successfully delivered projects for clients in German-speaking countries and are committed to understanding and continuously optimizing clients' processes and systems.
  • You place a strong emphasis on service orientation and customer satisfaction.
  • You value high quality, are dedicated and work independently.
  • With strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach, you will be a valuable addition to our team.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
  • You are interested in obtaining Atlassian certifications or already hold certifications that you would like to further develop with our support.
  • You have extensive practical experience administering Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket and Bamboo.
  • You have experience in independently managing projects and in project management within IT environments.
