About the role

Depending on your strengths, you will support our clients in the areas of agile collaboration, ITSM and service management.
You will recommend the right Atlassian products to our clients and integrate them into existing infrastructures.
You will analyze requirements and relevant business processes of our clients and identify opportunities to integrate Atlassian tools.
You will create collaborative intranets based on Confluence (e.g. success story – Digital Workplace for BSH).
You will design workflows in Jira to digitize business processes.
You will manage projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools’ functionality through apps and macros.

Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
At least 3 years of project experience with clients in the DACH region.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; a service- and customer-oriented mindset.
Strong quality awareness, commitment and an independent way of working.
Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
Fluent German and English skills.
Ideally Atlassian certification or interest in obtaining one, plus several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo) and experience in independently managing projects.
