About the role
- Gather and clarify business requirements for SAP FI/CO (Core Finance) including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Controlling and Treasury
- Provide expert-level support in SAP FI/CO, including consulting, configuration, process optimization and compliance
- Deliver SAP FI/CO localization expertise across European markets, ensuring alignment with statutory and fiscal requirements
- Perform requirements engineering to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions
- Serve as a bridge between the business and the AMS team to ensure efficient and effective support
- Coordinate and drive the roadmap to align with business needs and organizational strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field
- Familiarity with SAP-specific packaging and reporting for the US and Brazil is a plus
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA for tax configuration and compliance within finance processes
- Proven experience coordinating AMS teams and managing third-party service providers
- Strong engineering mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with agile methodologies is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and communicate with target-group-specific messaging
- Quick to adapt to evolving SAP landscapes and changing business requirements
