Analyze different Health insurance markets, recent trends in Health insurance as well as growth and profitability drivers and derive implications for Health business at Allianz
Understand and optimize Health insurance business models and products across all global markets in which Allianz operates
Analyze business performance of all worldwide Health entities and derive actions for each entity to optimize performance
Support ADH subject matter experts in assessing the level of technical maturity in core insurance processes and in improving technical excellence in selected entities
Drive the implementation of regulatory and Allianz Group guidelines in Health entities
Manage selected governance processes end-to-end, including alignment with various Allianz Group functions and coordination of ADH internal stakeholders
Requirements
Master’s degree in business, economics or mathematics
2+ years of working experience in one of the leading strategy consultancies
Ideally experience in Health insurance
Curious and eager to learn about different Health insurance markets
Highly analytical and structured approach and strong problem-solving skills
High degree of self-organization, willingness to take full ownership and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics, paired with a hands-on attitude
Strong communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint
Fluency in written and spoken English
