About the role
- Support our clients in implementing Atlassian tools
- Design Confluence intranets
- Develop Jira workflows
- Lead projects and coordinate the internal development team
- Advise clients on selecting and integrating appropriate Atlassian products
- Analyze clients' requirements and business processes
Requirements
- Completed university degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a related field, and relevant professional qualifications.
- 3–6 months of demonstrable practical experience in applying AI.
- Extensive hands-on experience with consulting methodologies and implementing them using Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence or other Atlassian tools such as Compass, Bitbucket, Focus and Loom.
- Strong commitment to quality and the ability to work independently.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Successfully delivered projects for clients in German-speaking countries.
- Strong focus on service orientation and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent command of German and English.
- Interest in obtaining Atlassian certifications or existing certifications you would like to further develop with our support.
- Experience independently managing projects and in IT project management.
