About the role
- You will engage in major projects and develop concepts for data transmission.
- Organize collaboration between customers, device manufacturers, developers and Dedalus colleagues.
- Convey practical, hands-on knowledge and support project participants.
- Prepare and update training and presentation materials as well as system documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in medical technology/biomedical engineering or vocational training in clinical and medical-technical fields (e.g., specialized nursing with an IT background).
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking, and basic database concepts (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
- Ideally, experience in clinical settings (intensive care units and anesthesia/operating rooms).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30% across the DACHL region).
- Affinity for working with modern IT systems and organizational tools.
