About the role
- Review, draft, and manage customer and supplier contracts, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company policies.
- Coordinate and complete customer assurance and due diligence questionnaires.
- Maintain contract records, templates, and compliance documentation.
- Support GRC activities, including policy updates, risk registers, and compliance monitoring.
- Assist with audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, NHS DSPT, HIPAA/GDPR).
- Act as a liaison between commercial, engineering and account management to ensure smooth contract, assurance, and compliance workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management and GRC frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, law, compliance, or a related field
- Experience in contract management, compliance, or governance in a regulated industry (health tech/healthcare preferred)
- Strong understanding of risk and compliance principles (GRC frameworks desirable)
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams or an interest in bridging business and technology functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
