Support and ensure the delivery of high-quality curated data for AI training.
Participate in gathering or providing data (text, voice, video), including annotations, audio recordings, or video sessions.
Play a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to the training of new tasks, working closely with technical staff.
Interact with technical staff to help improve the design of efficient annotation tools.
Choose complex problems across medicine/pharmacy (e.g., determining differential diagnoses, patient management, medical imaging) aligned with your expertise.
Help democratize access to medical information for users worldwide.
Solve problems to guide Grok to enhance medical care quality, optimize clinical decision-making, accelerate pharmaceutical discovery, advance diagnostic imaging, and streamline medical procedures.
Regularly interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions.
Requirements
Must be either an MD, DO, NP, PharmD, DDS, DMD, or possess a Master’s or PhD in a related field.
Proficiency in reading and writing, both in informal and professional English.
Strong ability to navigate various information resources, databases, and online resources.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
Solid reading comprehension skills and capacity to exercise autonomous judgment with limited data/material.
Strong passion for and commitment to technological advancements and innovation.
Comfortable providing or gathering text, voice, and video data, including annotations and recordings.
Available to work evenings and weekends; flexibility required.

Part-Time applicants must be committed to working at least 20 hours/week (with at least 10 of these hours on weekdays) and no more than 29 hours/week.
Full-Time applicants expected to work ~40 hours/week (ideal 9-5:30pm local time) though flexible hours can be offered.
Preferred: publications or first-authorship, previous AI Tutoring experience, teaching experience, technical writing/journalism/professional writing experience.
