About the role
- Minimum of 12 (twelve) months of experience working in IT support and/or Help Desk activities.
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in a Call Center environment.
Requirements
- Completed high school or Technologist degree, proven by academic records (ficha 19), a high school completion certificate, or an equivalent declaration.
- Certificate of participation in courses relevant to IT support activities, with a minimum duration of 20 (twenty) hours.
- Certificate of participation in a Help Desk, Call Center, or equivalent course, with a minimum duration of 20 (twenty) hours.
