About the role
- Analyzing existing workstreams to identify opportunities to develop and implement automated, or more efficient solutions, for process optimization.
- Collaborating with the founders and across various departments such as marketing, sales and software development to facilitate smooth operational flow.
- Carrying out administrative tasks and processes, and preparing operational documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes.
- Drive special projects that increase our operational capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations or project management role.
- Ability to work under pressure and evaluate priorities.
- High EQ — gains trust and enjoys working with people.
- Attention to detail and well organized.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in automation tools and software.
- Ownership mentality demonstrated by taking projects from inception to completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
