Customer Support Representative – Customer Success Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the primary point of contact across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and ongoing requests to contract termination
- Independently handle and document tickets
- Coordinate the necessary internal steps and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Identify patterns in day-to-day support and help us develop scalable solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong service orientation and a genuine desire to solve problems
- Confident presence and clear communication skills
- IT and online affinity; ideally experience with ticketing systems
- Structured, self-directed way of working
- Preferably experience in technical customer support or prior start-up experience
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Comfortable with IT and not afraid to use tools
- Experience in technical customer support is a plus
