About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are the primary point of contact across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and ongoing requests to contract termination
  • Independently handle and document tickets
  • Coordinate the necessary internal steps and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Identify patterns in day-to-day support and help us develop scalable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong service orientation and a genuine desire to solve problems
  • Confident presence and clear communication skills
  • IT and online affinity; ideally experience with ticketing systems
  • Structured, self-directed way of working
  • Preferably experience in technical customer support or prior start-up experience
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • Comfortable with IT and not afraid to use tools
  • Experience in technical customer support is a plus
