About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You contact our qualified leads (MQLs) quickly and in a structured manner — primarily by phone
  • You conduct conversations following a clear funnel and sales playbook (no “freestyle” selling)
  • You can quickly empathize with our SME customers and drive deals to close
  • You systematically identify your leads' needs, create appropriate proposals, and guide them through our digital onboarding process
  • You work data-driven and continuously optimize your conversion rates
  • You share data-backed, regular feedback from your deals with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • You participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally experience in sales or in a performance-oriented customer-facing role
  • More important to us than experience: drive, ability to learn, and strong execution
  • You communicate clearly, listen well, and can persuade
  • You work independently and take ownership of your deals
  • You handle objections confidently and stay focused even under high volumes
  • You have a good sense for different customer types and industries
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is a plus
  • Very good German skills
  • You are available at least 30 hours per week
