About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • directly lead all operational processes and functions of multiple entities
  • ensure accountability at all levels
  • oversee and approve all production operations
  • communicate effectively between all corporate and entity-specific departments
  • manage financial budgets and authorize facility purchasing
  • provide monthly production analysis and present data to the Finance team
  • unlock innovation and strategic initiatives to streamline and improve operations
  • interview, hire, train, and develop leaders within the organization
  • provide regular performance updates to the Senior leadership team
  • ensure a culture of accountability at all levels of the organization
  • drive results in all deliverables (production quotas, labor standards, profitability, budget management, people metrics)
  • follow sales and market trends daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • audit Production Plans to meet demand of sales team
  • actively seek ways to improve all aspects of the business
  • collaborate with the Senior leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • proficient in data analysis and other inventory management systems
  • High attention to detail with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
  • Problem solver that thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent in conflict resolution, communication, learning, and teaching an array of subjects
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
  • Possess advanced mathematical skills
  • Perform advanced visual quality inspections on products
  • Must be able to travel on a frequent basis (5-10 days/month) to additional locations and facilities
  • Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications for primary operating state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Regular travel between facilities will be required
  • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
