About the role
- directly lead all operational processes and functions of multiple entities
- ensure accountability at all levels
- oversee and approve all production operations
- communicate effectively between all corporate and entity-specific departments
- manage financial budgets and authorize facility purchasing
- provide monthly production analysis and present data to the Finance team
- unlock innovation and strategic initiatives to streamline and improve operations
- interview, hire, train, and develop leaders within the organization
- provide regular performance updates to the Senior leadership team
- ensure a culture of accountability at all levels of the organization
- drive results in all deliverables (production quotas, labor standards, profitability, budget management, people metrics)
- follow sales and market trends daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- audit Production Plans to meet demand of sales team
- actively seek ways to improve all aspects of the business
- collaborate with the Senior leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures
Requirements
- proficient in data analysis and other inventory management systems
- High attention to detail with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Problem solver that thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent in conflict resolution, communication, learning, and teaching an array of subjects
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
- Possess advanced mathematical skills
- Perform advanced visual quality inspections on products
- Must be able to travel on a frequent basis (5-10 days/month) to additional locations and facilities
- Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications for primary operating state.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Regular travel between facilities will be required
- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
