Product Designer

• Deliver well-structured UX and UI solutions for internal tools used by employees in their daily activities (Customer support, Marketing, People, Sales, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with other designers (sr., mid., jr.), product managers, analysts, and engineers across different industries (pharma, telco, banking, insurance, food, energy, etc), ensuring design decisions align with user needs, business goals, and product constraints.
• Work with growing autonomy, executing design tasks of medium complexity and progressively taking ownership of complete workflows.
