- As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software capabilities for computer-based systems.
- Will work closely with other talented engineers to create software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

- The work environment at Enlighten is a hybrid one, with a mix of remote and in-person work, but being flexible is key.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Security Clearance: A current U.S. Government Security Clearance is desired, but not required; U.S. Citizenship required. Can also consider candidates with a current Secret or TS level clearance.
- 9 years experience in Software Engineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g. Spring, Guava) Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment, spending an average of 2 days per week at our San Antonio office. Flexibility is essential to adapt to schedule changes as needed.
