About the role
- Responsible for independently documenting all billing-relevant processes within process management
- Evaluating digitalization opportunities and designing more efficient process flows
- Supporting department leadership in the subject-matter management of projects
- Actively contributing to the strategic direction of the billing systems
- Subject-matter point of contact for all billing-relevant processes
- Responsible for reporting on relevant KPIs and maintaining dashboards
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with further qualification (e.g., Wirtschaftsfachwirt) or equivalent
- Good knowledge of local and interregional mobility services
- Familiarity with relevant software systems used in mobility services
- Business administration knowledge and presentation skills
- Conceptual and analytical mindset
- Ideally, experience in change management
