About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a liaison between the WVU Research Office and the ITS Research Administration Applications team
  • Provide business process solutions and technical support
  • Elicit and identify business requirements
  • Address usability concerns and document solutions
  • Support team members throughout the project lifecycle and software development lifecycle
  • Assist in documenting both business requirements and comprehensive solutions for multiple projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree
  • A minimum of four (4) years of combined experience involving:
  • Implementing business practices and strategies
  • Collaborating with business units to gather requirements
  • Experience in an IT field
  • Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
