About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a liaison between the WVU Research Office and the ITS Research Administration Applications team
- Provide business process solutions and technical support
- Elicit and identify business requirements
- Address usability concerns and document solutions
- Support team members throughout the project lifecycle and software development lifecycle
- Assist in documenting both business requirements and comprehensive solutions for multiple projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree
- A minimum of four (4) years of combined experience involving:
- Implementing business practices and strategies
- Collaborating with business units to gather requirements
- Experience in an IT field
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
