About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary front office point of contact for the RETI Consortium
  • Manage the calendars of the CEO and the broader RETI executive leadership team
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings for the executive team
  • Prepare the CEO for important meetings by assembling briefing packets
  • Plan and execute consortium events, including partner convenings and board meetings
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and organization for the executive leadership team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, public administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in executive-level administrative support
  • Knowledge of managing complex executive calendars and coordinating multi-party meetings
  • Experience planning and executing professional events
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex)
