About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary front office point of contact for the RETI Consortium
- Manage the calendars of the CEO and the broader RETI executive leadership team
- Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings for the executive team
- Prepare the CEO for important meetings by assembling briefing packets
- Plan and execute consortium events, including partner convenings and board meetings
- Provide day-to-day coordination and organization for the executive leadership team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, public administration, or a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in executive-level administrative support
- Knowledge of managing complex executive calendars and coordinating multi-party meetings
- Experience planning and executing professional events
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex)
