About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from Workday and other systems to identify trends and opportunities
Apply analytical and statistical methods to generate actionable insights supporting workforce planning and decision-making
Monitor key HR metrics, including turnover, hiring trends, and workforce demographics
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Excel and within Workday
Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to Talent and Culture leadership and business partners
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data through audits and validation
Support compliance with applicable data privacy and security standards
Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for non-technical audiences
Present findings and recommendations to leadership
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and analytics
Support ERP and system modernization efforts, including data validation and reporting enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred) and enterprise data environments
Experience developing dashboards and visualizations (Tableau or similar tools preferred)
Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
