About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from Workday and other systems to identify trends and opportunities
  • Apply analytical and statistical methods to generate actionable insights supporting workforce planning and decision-making
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including turnover, hiring trends, and workforce demographics
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Excel and within Workday
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to Talent and Culture leadership and business partners
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data through audits and validation
  • Support compliance with applicable data privacy and security standards
  • Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
  • Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for non-technical audiences
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and analytics
  • Support ERP and system modernization efforts, including data validation and reporting enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred) and enterprise data environments
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations (Tableau or similar tools preferred)
  • Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
